Travels: I traveled extensively with the Mormon Tabernacle Choir for 13 years performing concerts all over Europe, Eastern Europe, South America, Japan, Australia, Israel, and the United States. David and I have traveled to many locations in Mexico and throughout the US. We have a home in Maui, Hawaii and we spend four to five months a year living there when it is cold here at home. Hobbies & Interests: We like to travel, golf, and spend time with our family. We combine travel and family once a year when we take our group on an annual family vacation. Family: I have a son, a daughter and two drop dead gorgeous grand daughters.  I blended my life with former and current sweetheart, Bob Dominguez, class of ’62.  Old people don’t get married. Career, Education, Military experiences: I got my draft notice but I didn’t go to Viet Nam.  50 years ago, girls weren’t named “Bobbi.”  In 1963, girls could be a teacher, a nurse, or a wife.  Since I hated kids and blood scared me, Eugene Beauty School saved me from being a wife.  I did the haircuts that earned three degrees from the University of Oregon, one from Portland State, a half a nursing degree and a half a master’s degree from the University of Montana.
Travels: When you live in the Northwest?
Favorite memory of Weber High: Mr. Tom Davis!  All I had to do was tell him I saw his grandkids on “Andy Williams” and he would melt.  It no longer mattered how many classes I skipped.  Now that I have grandkids, I get it.

Travels: Where, why: Boston for college, England for LDS Mission. Since then, I travel much of the time — to village in Alaska, native Hawaii, tribal southwest, urban America from South Bronx to Detroit, to Memphis, Oakland, and Portland. Since 2006 have been working abroad in interesting places like SE Asia, Eastern Europe, East and Southern Africa — all for my work. Beginning to pick proteges to carry on the work and slowing down in 2013 to 150 days of work, after 43 years of averaging 300 days/year.
What is your favorite memory of Weber High: some good teachers — Ms. Bindrup, Mr. Reid, Mr. Smout, Mr. Nye. Walking out of Algebra II because the teacher was so bad, cruising in Paul Coombe’s GTO from 12th Street to Dees (is that right?), double dating with Steve Frazier because I was too young to drive:)
Hobbies/Interests: Music — jazz, opera, classical, oldie folk and blues. Golf (vowing to get to single digits), antique clocks (vowing to get them running again), reading (I have two very tall piles I am due to read), travel for education and recreation, not just work. Avoiding Joe’s rocking chair.

After  working 400 days a year in the hospitality industry, I retired for the  last time 15 years ago. Travels: I chased the  sunshine to Mexico, the Carribean and Hawaii. Everybody’s been to Europe and they were all there when I was.
Favorite memory of  Weber High: Being in the choir is one of my favorite memories. I missed  the Utah all State Choir practice due to the brown bottle flu. I sort of apologize to the girls that brought me flowers. While attending a PAC for Jerry Strong, I lent my truck to some friends. They filled it up  with “HOT” watermelons and I was the one that had to miss school and go  to watermelon stealing court. I know they have repented by now. We have  gone from raising cane to being happy we can even raise our canes!
Hobbies/Interests: I now spend 400 days a year doing custom upholstery work on vintage cars. You can find me anywhere from a fancy car show, a junk yard or home playing with my dog and kids!

Career, Education, Military experiences: B.S. and  M.S. Degree in Speech Pathology, also  graduate certification in Deaf Education. Worked  36 years for Davis Schools with deaf and hearing impaired students. My students inspired me! Travels: I had an exciting summer living and studying in Mexico while in college.  I loved visiting Boston, Cape Cod, Niagra Falls, Florida. One great memory was a road trip on the Coast Highway from Astoria, WA to San Francisco. Our yearly road trips are to Phoenix and California with stops in Las Vegas. Our special paradise is Hawaii!
Favorite memory of Weber High: Our  ’63 yearbook is a treasure and brought back great memories of dances, assemblies, Bye-Bye Birdie, a wonderful A’ Cappella Choir etc., etc.  Remember the exciting crisp fall nights at football games and the noisy gyms cheering for our basketball teams?, a scary  drive (for me) down Ogden Canyon in Driver’s Ed., a required insect collection for biology, girls always had to wear skirts/dresses!! Weber High = Lifelong Friends! Hobbies/Interests: Right now I love adventures with our family! Once in awhile there is time for a good novel…life is full and busy even in retirement!

Family: Married the gorgeous Shelby Thompson in May 1967 and still going strong. We have four children, 22 grandchildren, and 16 greats with three more coming this year.
Career, Education: Weber High, hard knocks and common sense. Served an LDS mission in Canada where I learned to be a man. I have worked 54 years in the healthcare industry. Twenty six years in big pharma, and 28 years running natural products/supplement companies.
Travels: Business has taken Shelby and me to all corners of the world, from Hainan Island in the South China Sea to Vladivostok, Russia. We found the knack of tying personal fun with business.
Favorite memory of Weber High: Not really one in particular, but great memories of how I was adopted into my news home in the US after emigrating here in 1960. One never forgets who befriends you when it is needed.

Glen Hansen Email:  glenhansen44@msn.com 3398 N. 100 E., Provo, UT 84604, Phone 801-221-8802 Family: My first marriage produced two beautiful daughters but ended in divorce after seven years.  A few years later, I married again and was happily married for 28 years.  She passed away from cancer in 2005.  Miraculously, six months later in May, 2006, I reconnected with a woman I had known at church in the Seattle area 20 years earlier.  I was still living in Minneapolis and she was living in Orem. She is an English professor at BYU, We commuted for about six months, then were married.  She has four daughters.  We have each contributed eight grandchildren for a total of 16 (seven boys and nine girls). Education, Career, Military Service: I left Utah in 1969 to move to Seattle, WA where I lived for 16 years.  I earned a BA from the University of Washington in Seattle in International Trade and Investment.  Upon graduation, I was already employed in the airline business which is where I spent my career.  A job transfer took me to Minneapolis where I lived for 21 years.  My career evolved into information technology; software design and development.  I took an early retirement from Northwest Airlines (now Delta) in 2002, then did consulting work at Unisys until 2006.  After moving to Utah, I consulted at Xango in their information technology division for a year. Travels:  Working in the airline business gave me the opportunity to travel to much of the U.S. and to many countries for both work and pleasure.  It allowed me a great deal of freedom and the ability to act spontaneously.  For example, I might say, “Honey, tomorrow is the 4th of July, Let’s fly to Boston and go to hear the Boston Pops concert and watch the spectacular fireworks show!”  And we would do it. Favorite memory of Weber High:  Athletics, good friends, and Jewel Bindrup’s English class.  Weber was a great place to go to high school. Hobbies/Interests:  Travel, hiking, keeping active, and spending time with family in Seattle, LA, Dallas, and Michgan.

Career, Education, Military experience:  After Marilyn graduated from BYU with a degree in English she taught English at Bonneville High school for three years. One of those years she was Jim’s “blond scholarship” as he attended the U of U, graduating in Mathematics. After three years of teaching Marilyn became a full time Mom.  Because of the Vietnam War (Jim’s lottery number was 10!) Jim joined the Navy and became a Supply Officer. Jim served aboard ship and at several military installations in the US. After about seven years of active duty he left the Navy and returned to the U of U where he got a MBA and worked for several engineering and construction companies in the Salt Lake area as Controller.  After Jim retired, we were called to serve as Auditors/Trainers in Russia, where we are currently serving. We will complete our mission in September 2013. Our primary duty is to train local Church leaders how to handle Church funds. Our assigned area includes all of Russia except the St. Petersburg and Samara Missions and the Moscow Stake. We have been as far west as Smolensk (about 12 miles from the western boarder of Russia), as far south as Rostov and Volgograd and as far east as Sakhalin, an island east of Vladivostok and north of Japan. Sakhalin is seven times zones and a nine hour flight from Moscow. It is a tremendous experience. We have been very blessed to serve the Lord here. During our first 12 months in Russia we traveled more than 60,000 miles within Russia. It is an amazing country. We love these people.  Travels: Russia Mission

Career, Education, Military experience: After Marilyn graduated from BYU with a degree in English she taught English at Bonneville High school for three years. One of those years she was Jim’s “blond scholarship” as he attended the U of U, graduating in Mathematics. After three years of teaching, Marilyn became a full time Mom.  Because of the Vietnam War (Jim’s lottery number was 10!) Jim joined the Navy and became a Supply Officer. Jim served aboard ship and at several military installations in the US. After about seven years of active duty he left the Navy and returned to the U of U where he got a MBA and worked for several engineering and construction companies in the Salt Lake area as Controller.  After Jim retired, we were called to serve as Auditors/Trainers in Russia, where we are currently serving. We will complete our mission in September 2013. Our primary duty is to train local Church leaders how to handle Church funds. Our assigned area includes all of Russia except the St. Petersburg and Samara Missions and the Moscow Stake. We have been as far west as Smolensk (about 12 miles from the western boarder of Russia), as far south as Rostov and Volgograd and as far east as Sakhalin, an island east of Vladivostok and north of Japan. Sakhalin is seven times zones and a nine hour flight from Moscow. It is a tremendous experience. We have been very blessed to serve the Lord here. During our first 12 months in Russia we traveled more than 60,000 miles within Russia. It is an amazing country. We love these people. Travels: Russia Mission

I studied civil engineering and worked for Utah for 10 1/2 years and Utah State Parks for 22 years retiring in 1994. I was Superintendent of Antelope Island State Park for a number of years and had a long career with State Parks which I enjoyed very much. I was President of a bison company in Colorado for six years, and served as the Chief of Police in Harrisville, part time, for a number of years. I was the Store Director of Sportsman Warehouse in Lacy, Washington for a number of years. I now work at the House of Representatives in Washington State House of Representatives as an assistant Sargent at Arms.
Travels:  We have traveled most every state in the United States, been to South America many times, Mexico, the Caribbean and Canada.
Favorite memory of Weber High: Spending time with lots of friends that I was associated with from kindergarten through 12th grade. Also, Mr. Nye in acappella choir.
Hobbies/Interests:  I am a licensed pilot, and have accomplished a lot of trap shooting. I was the state trap shooting champion in 1998 and the western state champion in 1999. I have spent a lot of time on the rivers of Washington in my jet boat fishing for steelhead, and a lot of traveling with my wife, and of course spending as much time as possible with the children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Favorite memory of Weber High: Mr. Olsen giving me passes to dodge English to run around picking up art supplies.
Hobbies/Interests: Hobbies have changed over the years.  For many years I boated and fished constantly.  Have had various boats moored at Bear Lake, Flaming Gorge, Pine View (still a member of yacht club), Lake Powell, Lake Mead, Lake Saquaro Phx, Newport and San Diego Calif. Snowmobiled for many years, and currently waterfowl hunting in Corinne with my 2 black labs, (Babe and Jazz).  Funny note:  On a recent trip to SD pheasant hunting on Jerry’s plane I took Babe. Jerry quipped, “Craig if you treated your women like you treat your dogs you’d still be married.”  He’s probably right. I spend 5-6 months in Corinne hunting duck and geese.

Career, Education: I retired from teaching elementary school in 2012.  I taught 2nd and 3rd Grades for 19 years including 5 years in Spectrum (a Gifted and Talented Program), and was a substitute teacher in K-6 for 9 years.  I graduated from Weber State University with a BS in Elementary Education and Minors in Child Development and English. I earned a Gifted and Talented Endorsement through Utah State University and an ESL (English as Second Language) Endorsement through the University of Utah. Travels: We lived in Pasadena, Calif. for five years. We traveled to England, Scotland, Dominican Republic, Puerto Rico, Alaska, Canada, Mexico, and Hawaii. I am currently planning a British Isles tour in August 2023.  Favorite memory of Weber High: I have many special memories and loved most of it - my many friends, including all of you, the assemblies, dances, pep rallies, football and basketball games, Pep Club, working on the school newspaper, the music, plays, and our crazy bus driver, Rocky Rhodes, who used to drag race with cars down Washington Blvd. going to and from school.  My favorite teachers were Mr. Carver, Mr. Morton and Mr. Oaks.  Hobbies/Interests: I love reading, traveling, going to dinner with friends and family, attending plays, camping, history, and most of all being with my children, grandchildren, and other family members, and going to their activities. I am a member of DUP and I am the Utah State President of Delta Kappa Gamma ( an organization for women educators). I also served in the Bountiful LDS Temple and as an LDS Church Service Missionary.

Family: I married Lynda Lancaster in 1966.  We have 2 children and 6 grandchildren.
Career, Education, Military: After a hitch in the army, I got an electronics engineering degree at Weber State.  After graduation, Lynda and I moved to Quincy, Ill. and later to Grass Valley, Ca.  In 1990, we moved back to Utah.  I’ve had a great career developing electronic equipment for the television broadcast industry. Travel: I’ve seen much of the world traveling on both business and pleasure.  I have to conclude that we grew up in the best time and place in the history of the world. Memory of Weber High: I had lots of fun on the stage crew for plays, dances, and assemblies.  I also remember some pranks that I don’t want to talk about. Hobbies/Interests: I am mostly retired now and helping others with their family histories and going camping when I get a chance.

I’ve sold a lot of different things Insurance, cars.  I was a Material Planner at the Volvo White Truck plant but they moved back to Clev. Ohio. I was totally against moving. So I went into business Commercial pressure washing. My last job was at John Paras furniture selling again. I retired in 2009. But I do work part time helping seniors with Medicare. Travels: I won 3 trips selling Mazatlon, Acapulco, and the Indy 500. The rest of my traveling has been in the U.S. Favorite memory of Weber High: Many friends. Hobbies/Interests: Watching sports (Utah Jazz) my favorite. I’m a coin collector.  My children and grandchildren.

Military, Education, Career: I went on a 2 1/2 year mission to Germany in November 1963 and returned home in June 1966. I then went to Weber State College for 2 years. In January 1969 I enlisted in the US Navy and served for 4 years (2 in Viet Nam). Upon coming home, I re-met Donna and we were happily married for 48 1/2 Years until her death. During this time, I went back to Weber State and finished a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering Technology then went to Utah State for a Masters of Engineering, Electrical degree. I worked for The Boeing Company for 20 years, then 15 years for the US government. Travels: I’ve traveled throughout Europe, England, Southeast Asia, and the United States including Hawaii and Alaska. Hobbies & Interests: We liked to travel and spend time with our family. Donna and enjoyed serving in the Ogden Temple until her death. I am still serving in the Ogden Temple and trying to keep up with our family genealogies. Favorite Memories of Weber High: I have so many favorite memories of Weber High. Especially the wonderful friendships made there, many of which have continued over these many years. Also, the fun times with the band and acapella choir. We had an awesome class and I am grateful I had the opportunity to be a part of it!

Career, Education, Military: I graduated from Weber College with a degree in Nursing. Over the last 47 years, except to have babies, I have worked full time in the Operating Room, Recovery Room, Pre-OP and Pain Clinic. We lived in Utah, Ca., LV Nev, Phoenix, Ark and I actually worked in over 16 hospitals. Great experiences and wonderful people. I retired Jun 1, 2012. Travels: Before getting married I traveled to Europe and I visited the Church History sites, and the Hill Camorah Pagent.  Nothing exciting since marriage, but I became great at packing a moving truck, and our children learned to make friends easily. Travels: Tom and I served in the Russia Vladivostok Mission (Far East of Russia on the Sea of Japan) for 18 months Jan. 2007 – July 2008.  (During our mission, we traveled to Korea, Finland, Estonia and Moscow for visa renewals.)  Also served a 3-year service mission at the Joseph Smith Memorial Building.  We have traveled to South America (Brazil) with one of our missionary sons; Paris France, Monte Carlo, Cancun Mexico with ERA Webber Real Estate Company; The Holy Land, New Zealand, Caribbean Islands, Alaska, Church history sites through the U.S.
Favorite Memory of Weber High: My best memories of Weber High School were related to music – Mr. Nye’s A’Cappella Choir and the friendships I had with so many great students and teachers.
Hobbies/Interests: Family get-togethers, church activities, piano.  Regularly playing at Conference Center and Joseph Smith Memorial Building since 2000.  Performed two concerts in Assembly Hall on Temple Square, recorded Christmas and Classical CD’s.
